Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 10 business days with exception of orders placed on holidays and launch days. We make an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand all items are handmade and take time. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at milliemade.ameliawilliamson@gmail.com with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order", "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide. 

Title of Products

Purchased products through Millie Made are subject to destination shipping. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your address, and Millie Made is not responsible for any loss or damages after delivery.
